Over the course of three months, we will work together to build you a personal program to achieve your health and lifestyle goals.

The Three-months program includes:
One hour initial health history and consultation
Goal setting (for both nutrition and lifestyle alignment based your personality)
Action plan
A personal program designed for your specific bio-individual needs
Six 50 minute health coaching sessions
A written summary after each session
Weekly Accountability check-ins
Healthy recipes with your health goals in mind
Email support in between sessions
Hand-outs/resources, reading materials, recommended books or educational information
